Nose of earth, cherry and a mild vanilla. sour cherry flavours, other red fruits, very soft tannines, and a bit too high in its acidity to my taste. Gets better after a short while, wine gets more in balance but never really convinces.
Agree with Ben's note that the wine is too lean, misses backbone and content.

All estate vineyards, organic farming, 5% Viuria, half whole cluster (which you can smell), 36 months in 500 L barrels. Salt and pepper spice, dark cherry fruit, lean on the palate, quite lean, shockingly so actually. Finish resolves on its acids.
