A private tasting and dinner (Restaurant Fitzgerald *, Rotterdam, NL): Everything a Saar Eiswein should be. Intense but weightless, the purest Riesling fruit with Eiswein apples, flowers and peach, perfectly harmonious, such incredible lightness of being, tropical notes, long and steely finish with a hint of spice. Joyful. Great future.

The German Crush Tour; 10/8/2017-10/16/2017: WOW. pure, no botrytis, fruit. Magical really....with eldeflower and meadow and spices. elegant, with strong ripe citrus undertones, yellow peaches and apricot. Creamy mid gives way to a refreshing and simply endless finish. This is easily one of the top sweet wines I have ever tried - and only needs time to reach perfection.

A tasting of the 2016 Egon Müller vintage. The nose showing apricot and elderflower with a rich sweet palate containing so much tension and precision. A baby still, but what a baby!

A private tasting of the Egon Müller 2016 collection (Scharzhof, Wiltingen, Germany): Beautifully flowing and harmonious, perfectly integrated acidity, so incredibly easy to drink, green apple and cassis, relaxed, white pepper, seductive, linear and pure.
