Medium bodied rose. Nose of peaches Medium+ acidity. On the palate peaches and strawberries. Ideal temp is probably just slightly chilled. Opens up as it warms. Very delicious.

Vegetarian Wine Dinner (The Flying Fig Restaurant (Cleveland, OH)): I am a big fan of Giorgio's wines (not his pricing) but this was the first time trying is Rosato. Pale salmon pink in color. The nose has nice strawberries with a bit of raspberries. On the palate, this is pushing a lot of fruit but served chilled it works well. Some depth. Not a lot of acidity (for Italy) but enough for the food. Really good food match I thought especially with corn and the aioli. There was some spice and the coolness worked well.

Quite delicious. Creamy, strawberry, a bit of tartness too. Big fan of La Spinetta. Nice summer treat with salmon burgers !!!
