Further to my TN of July 27 '18: Last bottle of the purchase. This has held up well over the last year. Some fruit fade, some emerging bitterness--still tasty when well chilled, still notable.

Bought 12b at 7/b from a local "gourmet" grocer three months ago. This is the 5th bottle consumed: light pink, crisp, bit of complexity. Stored horizontally in a cool, dark basement since purchase. My evaluation: I've stopped giving scores on a "100-point scale" as I've become less convinced that they can be meaningful to others. I use a 4-category scale (perhaps with +/-)--not including flawed--which runs outstanding/notable/drinkable/poor. I consider this notable when considering quality, age, and price.

P: LM body; Decent frt met by lip-smacking acidity; Long, VERY slightly spicy, very slightly bitter fiish. Should NICELY accompany lighter faire thru '19, I'm guessing. 13.5% ABV [This vendor's $12.99 CRUSHES the competition!]
