  Definitely a cut above your basic Bourgogne. Vibrant cherry notes with earthy, funky complexity. Would love to see where this goes in a few years.

  Røde bær, et lite blomsterpreg og noe søtt. Merkbart søt frukt i munnen også, med flott intensitet for en BR og tilstrekkelig friskhet. Fruktdrevet stil som likevel holder på elegansen. Et søtt snev i ettersmaken som Dag drister seg til å kalle cola.

  Deep ruby color with nice clarity. Secondary aromas of hibiscus, allspice, smoked paprika, fall foliage, along with fig and raspberry fruit. Nice concentration to the fruit on the palate, with fleshy secondary layers, structured with nice finesse. Round structure, with nicely balancing acid. Good overall depth. Very nice.

  Dark red color. In the nose, it's still very primary, dark red fruit, some earth, hints of chocolate, but when it opens up lighter reddish notes appear as well. In the mouth, it's full and rich, especially for a Bourgogne Rouge, made in a typical Nicolas Rossignol style, quite tannic, good acidity, decently long finish.

  Ripe and incredibly fun red and black cherry. Moderate weight with very good balance.
