Terrific wine. Drank over two days with similar impressions. First day, the wine was a bit fresher tasting. Great flavors of pineapple and citrus. Well balanced between the fruit and acid. Very pure and clean.

One of the finest Chardonnays of the vintage for us. Drank over three days with ever increasing intensity and beauty. This is a terrific wine that delivers a great drinking experience.Great nose with citrus notes and a great tasting experience of citrus, some pear, and tropical fruit. Great purity.

Popped and poured. This is a medium gold wine. On the nose, I get honey, marmalade, and a bit of sea breeze. In the mouth, this is creamy and displays buttered popcorn and pear elements. The finish pulls through a consistently plush character. Overall, this is a quality wine and a fitting beverage for the July 4 holiday. It is perhaps slightly less expressive than other vintages, but I’m not sure that’s a bad thing. Drink now through 2023 for the best experience. 90 points.

Popped and poured. This is a medium yellow wine. On the nose, I get honey, sea breeze, pear, spring flowers, and popcorn. In the mouth, this is creamy and lush with sensations of lemon and butterscotch candy. The finish is smooth with a slight sweetness. Overall, this is a good wine. It is a CA Chard, to be sure, but is more restrained and enjoyable than the 2013 version, for example (among many, many other over-the-top renditions from other producers). It is drinking well now but should hold for a while. 91 points.
