  Another part of the St Regis daily wine tasting and also part of our wine pairing menu one night at Kayupti. This has a great spiciness to it that I wasn't expecting given the grapes. A kindof biting acidity. Has seen some oak barrels but is not overly oaked. Preferred it served a bit on the cold side and did think it worked with the prawn dish it was paired with alright although not one of those transcendental pairings. Clear that food and wine created/sourced separately and then best connection available.
