  Dark ruby colour. Red and dark fruit, boysenberry, plum, dark chocolate, espresso, tobacco, spices, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and light balsamic notes, with good acidity, medium-fine tannin, and very good length. Medium-bodied, with good concentration. Aging well. Showed best after two hours of aeration. Drink or hold.

Medium-bodied, with good concentration. Fruity, balanced and harmonious. Very consistent if maybe a little drying on day two. Most open and harmonious on day three, with no signs of day two's dryness. Good! I recommend decanting for at least two hours. Drink or hold, this wine should continue to age well.

  The wine was medium to dark ruby in colour and offered ripe fruit, damson plum, dust, cola, earth, some leather and spice on the nose. On the palate, the wine showed ripe fruit (mostly red), sweet plum, leather, tobacco, earth and a mild spice component, with fine, mostly resolved tannin, good acidity and good length. The medium-bodied wine benefited from aeration, had good concentration, and was very balanced and incredibly smooth. Juicy and sweetish, yet dry on the finish - a lovely wine! I recommend decanting for at least two hours.
