The entire Chidaine line up from top to bottom are rock solid and this is no different. Melon, mineral, a touch of peach, zippy acids and a steely note.

Bold and gripping, from the bouquet through the finish. The root vegetable character of Grolleau compliments the Pinot Noir's elegance, while the Gamay adds firmness and fullness. Utterly appealing.

Ripe floral apple and pear, peach/nectarine kernel, touch strawberry, passionfruit skin. Savoury flavoured, good acidity, but the slight r.s. makes it a little to heavy. Nice enough

Rose and sausages (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Gamey, sappy, peppery…with time some very pretty red berry fruit that reminds me of that Pyramid Valley Pinot and there are some earthy as well. On the palate it is quite spicy and finishes warm, softly tannic with that berry fruit. Interesting and nice.

Off-the-chain goodness!!! At once refreshing, stalwart, gritty, and meaty. Chewy and saline, great balance, substantive finish.
