  Spaghetti night...…I have a case, and of course needed to try just one....as I indulged in the allure of the 2016 Diamond Creek Red Rock Terrace Cabernet, I found myself immersed in a tapestry of refined flavors, rich emotions, and a harmonious blend of three distinct perspectives.   Red fruits! Silky smooth and oh so enjoyable, no rough edges to speak of yet tons of complexity and fruit and non fruit components. Yummy with just an hour decant.

  Super elegant, beautiful nose and balanced on the palate. Restrained but still open. Decanted about 4 hours. Will get a lot better with time but enjoyable now.
