Lt./Med red, slight fruit nose, good acidity, ample red fruit/raspberry flavours, good tannic spine. Approachable now but needs a few more years of cellaring. A very Good wine which will age well.

I really hope that Jadot changes their red wine fermentation and extraction program, because they’re pressing so much oxidized raisin juice into what could be beautiful wine.

Maison Jadot Cellar Visit and Barrel Tasting (Savigny-les-Beaune): Barrel tasting. Lots of red cherry and berry aromas and flavors. A rich, elegant start and mineral-driven finish. Good length and depth. 92-93 point potential.
