Pop and pour. In the glass, somewhere between pale yellow and honey gold. On the nose, a mix of honeysuckle and ripe tropical fruit. On the palate, a solid core of tropical fruit with a sweet, smooth texture, and a burst of bracing acidity on the long finish. Great accompaniment for grilled fish and a spicy salsa. I'm looking at our cellar and wondering why it's at least 90% red wines when I think I've really enjoyed every Spatlese we've had. Time to do some rebalancing.

Slate, floral and some honey character starting to develop. Superb balance to the palate, not very complex yet but I could drink this all day, every day. So easy to like.

Pale lemon core, narrow watery rim. Medium intense youthful, heady aroma of peach blossom and hints of minerality. Medium dry on the palate, with medium +/crisp acidity. A light bodied wine with good fruit intensity showing peach blossom and hints of honeysuckle. Light and elegant, beautifully balanced, very good.
