From Magnum. Decanted 1 hour. Needs more air, but already shows opulent nose of honeycomb, sultana raisins, liquorice and autumn leaves. I liked it a lot, it wasn’t a crowd pleaser though.
12 days later I found a remainder of that Magnum stored under vacuum cork. And it was a real jewel. Developed and oxydated the wine shined at its best shape. So I changed my score point.

The color is gorgeous. On the nose, there is rancio, caramel and toasted almonds. Oxidative touch.
It's quite new, it makes me think of a dry Sauternes, without sugar.
In the mouth, it is fluid. Too much. Slender juice that struggles to impose itself, it lacks substance and energy because the acidity does not follow either. The finish tries to save the weakness of the juice on the palate, with a delicate rancio on an oxidative background.
Strange to put it mildly.

Vertical tasting of Gravner Ribolla Gialla, wine #4/4. Fermented and later aged in Georgian underground amphorae for 6 months and in used large oak barrels for 6 years. The most distinct vintage from what was tasted, in terms of aroma and flavour profiles. Deep amber colour. Intense aroma of herbs, resin, dried peaches, oil, spices, sage, whisky hints. Palate is on full throttle, intense and rich with powdery fine tannins, soft texture, saline, cheesy and herbal flavours, medium acidity.

작년에 구매하고 보관해오다가 참지 못하고 오픈해서 마셨음. 호일 벗겼을때 코르크 표면에 곰팡이가 있었고 코르크 뽑으니 절반이상 와인에 적셔져 있어 와인에 문제가 있을 줄 알았는데 다행히 괜찮음 디켄팅 없이 병브리딩으로 2-3시간 걸쳐서 마셨는데 첨부터 끝까지 향과 맛에서 좋은 모습을 보임 닭요리와 해산물 파스타랑 함께했는데 매우 잘 어울려서 샴페인제외하고 다양한 음식과 페어링하기 매우 좋은 와인이라 생각함 오렌지 와인을 경험해보기 원한다면 좋은 선택이 될수 있으나 비슷한 가격대의 삼페인 레드 화이트와 비교시 더 우월한 만족도를 줄수 있을진 의문임 개인적으로 오렌지 와인중에 아제노를 맛있게 마셨는데 아제노가 가격이 더 싼걸 고려하면 좀 가성비가 떨어진다 느낄수 있을듯
