NobleRottersSydney - Hidden Lable Night (Glass Brasserie, Sydney): {screwcap, 11%} [Andrew] Startlingly good wine, especially for the price. Grass and hay and fresh citric semillon aromas. Grassy, juicy palate, with medium acidity, light-weight body, dry with a little twist of developing complexity on the medium length finish. Should improve for an age. CD$47, AK$21

Pale yellow green. Spray of kaffir lime, green grass, oiliness on the nose, tiny background honey whisper. Young and brisk still, lime oil, green apple, medium length. Very refined, linear and fresh. Love the Hunter Semillons, and this is a baby.

Tyrrell's Private Bin Tasting (Hunter Valley): Apple, pear, musk and rosewater. Wakes up the palate with good acidity and a light weight fruit profile. Medium length and depth, nice flow and potential to age.

Very clear light lemon in colour. Fresh citrus characteristics of lemon, green apple with a soft dry and refreshing finish.
