Really good appetizer wine. Went well with a variety of meats and cheeses, as well as charred shishito peppers in sesame, soy, lime juice. Bright, acidic, lemon oil, with just the right amount of sweetness. Glad I have a few more to see how it ages

Delicious. Tasted it against several Rieslings from the Finger Lakes of New York. I wish I had the patience to cellar a great Riesling. This was full with ripe apple and at the same time great acidity and lemoniness.

Faint yellow color along with aromas of lemon citrus and zest. Glides into the mouth with a softly caressing texture that coats the mouth and throat when swallowed. Overall, a fine example of how a dry Riesling can be concentrated, refreshing, delicious, and fleshy. Excellent drunk on release, but will get even better with age.

Drinking at its peak now. Really the perfect wine with charcuterie.

Perfect wine for charcuterie. Bright acidity and slight sweetness complement such a variety of meats and cheeses.
