WSET Level 2 Prep Group; 6/5/2018-9/4/2018 (Albert's Apartment): Great Chablis for $23.99 at Whole Foods. Pale gold in color. On the nose, medium intensity with notes of green apple, apricot, lemon, pear, and chalk. Dry and medium bodied on the palate with high acidity. You'll get get flavors of green apple, apricot, lemon, pear, chalk, and refreshing minerality. Short and very refreshing finish. This wine is wonderful, definitely a great buy for a completely unoaked chardonnay!

Pale straw with some light green hue. Some minerals with citrus fruit and yeast characteristics from the malo fermentation on the nose. Bright, crisp, fresh with minerals on the palate. A fine representation of Chablis that could last 5-7 years.

Lime pith and green apple, some stone fruit over moderate good acidity and minerality. Longish finish of the same.
