Much better than bottles tried half year ago. Nice acidity together with minerality. Delicate but quite long, very satisfying, one of best basic Chablis I tried.

Appearance: Pale straw yellow Aroma: closed nose, with notes of minerals, apples and gooseberry Full-bodied and distinct acidity. Sour milk, caramel, oak and citrus on the palate Good length

12.5% alcohol. Very light yellow color. Terrific nose of quartz, slate, and apple. In the mouth, delivers less concentration than the nose, but it's still refreshing and tasty, with a stony fruit emphasis all the way. Bright acidity. A bit more concentration would raise it to the next level. B+

(Long-Depaquit Chablis) Bottled the week before tasting. A wide and fresh nose with subtle sherbet. Good flavour (a gentle press and low crop) tasty, nothing artificial about this entry-level wine - should be a great buy

Already some signs of evolution, rounder, gained in fatness and consistency compared to previous times.
