Wow! This has grown into something special. Green gold in the glass with a real sparkle. Elegant but slightly piercing nose gets you ready for a long rounded superbly balanced chardonnay with very long aftertaste. It has got more expensive but if it were Pul Mont ( which is what is tastes like) it would be up there with the best Crus and so stratospheric price. Just wonderful! In a great place now and I wouldn't leave based on 2014 experience

Just another Monday night with C&L (Sterndale): Stunning. Even G loved, describing it as both 'delicious' and 'complex.'

Very rich, concentrated and buttery, almost too much, but with suitable food this works well.

A post-lockdown weekend with friends; 5/1/2021-5/3/2021 (Copse Hill, Lower Slaughter): Consistent with previous, white peaches and oak, really love this but it always feels too strong. With gnocchi in pea veoloute.

I continue to love this - white peaches and oak - but, at 14%, it is strong and so steely - it can feel like a headache in each sip.
