  At this point this wine was decanted for sediment 22 hours ago. We had about 1/4 of a bottle left overnight and the wine is not only still intact, but still enjoyable. There's still an intensely fruity nose, morel mushrooms, with a hint of dried orange peel. The palate is silk, the tannins are fully resolved, and there's just a hint of acidity that still holds it all together so well. I wish I had realized how well these would age...just a lovely bottle that was a highly enjoyable experience.
