A medium to dark purple coloring when poured. Notes of dark fruit with a hint of earthiness. Wine is balanced and tannins have faded into the background, although still lurking providing lots of backbone. A smoky, grilled meat wine!

3(?) days in & this is smooth and tasty. Inviting nose. Silky medium weight in the tongue. A far cry from what I expected - time has elevated this from a pizza wine to a grilled lamb complement. Very good!

still a little out of balance, with the fruit hiding behind the additional green/tannins from the stem inclusion. Improved w/ about an hour in the decanter, but could've used more.

Fantastic complexity and grace. Total surprise. Beautiful bright color with surprising flavor extraction. Pure, clean grenache fruit. Great aromatics. Just slightly too tanic for optimal consumption right now, but very tempting.
