  This developed really nicely with about 45 minutes of air and was a terrific pairing with our dinner (pecan crusted pork chop with a cherry demi-glace). To my palate, this is drinking at peak. Wish I had more!

  Aging gracefully and beautifully. Light crimson in the glass with aromas of spice and berries. The wine has a nice balance of that spice and berries and carries a long finish that coaxes you into that next sip…

  Inviting aromas of sweet clove, citrusy cardamom, dark berries and plum that make your mouth water. Wonderful depth and terrific energy on the palate. The first sip electrifies the senses and then the flavors taper slowly, showing earthy complexity on the finish. Acidity, alcohol and tannins are nicely balanced.
