Rich and pipe with a slightly oaky character with plush, velvety black fruit and near sweet spice. Ultramodern with all those benefits and drawbacks, but the 2nd day is less voluptuous and more straight Syrah. Very good now, but Better from 2025.

Definitely in the modern school of N Rhone, but if you're drinking Coursodon, hopefully you knew that. Fruit is ripe and oak definitely present and wine only moderately enjoyable night 1. Forgot about it in the fridge for about a week and when opened last night, really, really tasty and much better balanced. For sure modern and fruit forward, but oak much more in check and the rich, ripe syrah comes forward without heat or exess. I guess the takeaway here is to give it a good decant at cellar temp before drinking, if possible.

Tried one out of the wine cellar, deep red color, on the nose black fruit, some vanilla. On the palate vanilla is dominant, to much oak for me. Ends with a fairly dusty and dry finish. Perhaps at a dull stage, will try another in a year or two.
