Nice and crisp with a elegant touch of integrated oak. Peach, citrus and som vanilla on the nose. The main experience on the palate is rhubarb. It will be exciting to try the next one in 2-3 years.

French white wine from Chablis: Chardonnay. 13 % alcohol. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Aged for 14 months on lees in both vats and oak barrels.
Light golden color.
Delicate and crisp aromas of butter, yellow ripe pear, lemon, exotic spices and minerals. Flavors of lemon, honey, pears, vanilla and exotic spices. Some minerality in the background.
Dry. Medium body. Fresh acidity. Very good balance. Good structure. Good complexity. Rather elegant.
Medium finish with lemon and oak.
A very good wine. Rather closed at first but after an hour of air it really delivers and it keeps improving during the night. Works good on its own and is okay with food (pork). The main strengths are harmony and complexity. The structure and, to some extent, intensity could be better. The wine can probably improve with age but is very drinkable right now. 94/100
