  • French white wine from Chablis: Chardonnay. 13 % alcohol. Aged for 14 months on fine lees in tanks and barrels.

Decanted for 2 hours prior to drinking and then stored in the decanter during the night.

    Light golden grayish color.

Crisp and intense aromas of lemon, honey, brioche, green apple, white flowers and minerals. Crisp and intense flavors of lemon, yogurt, green apple, brioche, hazelnut, white flowers and minerals.

Dry. Medium body. Medium+ acidity. Very good balance. Very good structure. Good complexity. Elegant. Airy. Intense.

Long finish with yogurt, lemon and minerals.

A good, citrus and mineral driven, Chablis Grand Cru. Needs a few more years in the cellar to mature. At the moment it requires a few hours of aerating before it starts to deliver and performs best close to room temperature. 93/100
