Just starting to strut its stuff, I let this sit in an opened bottle for a couple of hours and it paid dividends. That said, I'll probably use a decanter next time. This is an excellent Burgundy, and relatively good value. Honey and apple dominate with delicate floral notes. It is well rounded on the palate, but with a razor sharp gravelly precision on the finish with a balance that is faultless.

The nose was highly-expressive with dusty minerality up front, followed by smoke, fresh lime and sweet florals. On the palate, I found soft textures offset by brisk acidity, with sweet stone fruits and hints of tropical fruit followed by saturating minerality. The finish was medium-long and balanced with lifting minerality and zesty lingering acidity.

Thanksgiving Weekend in Willamette; 11/25/2021-11/27/2021 (Willamette Valley OR): Tasting at Resonance. Apple and baked apple with good balance and even better density. I liked this more today vs when tasted from barrel in 2017, having put on weight while retaining its balance.

Ok this is a 2 hectare vineyard that they completely own. And they only make a weight from here.

Now that has some cleverness on the palate. Gets a bit more complex than the straight beaune. Clean palate, all barrel samples.
