  If there’s ever a time to buy an Australian wine, this 2015 Elderton Cabernet Sauvignon Ashmead Single Vineyard.. is simply it.
  
  It has a lovely bouquet, a sophisticated drop, with a long finish, but don’t be fooled by the elegant velvet taste..

  Elderton masterclass with Cameron Ashmead (wine ark alexandria): Smoky, almost stalky, slight green capsicum, sulphur as well as very slight liquorice. Again it's a little green in the mouth with blackcurrant notes backing . The tannins are more present here though are still chamois soft.
