Hard to believe this is a second label. This has aged extremely well. Nose presents first with green bell pepper which was odd because the fruit that followed was wonderful. Very youthful on palate. Overall a lovely bottle, but I do not see this as getting better with age.

So impressed with how well this wine has cellared. This one still has life to it. Tanins are vevlvety soft but still showing decent fruit at mid palate. Wishing I had more.

Red burgundy from the core to the rim; very pretty in the glass. The nose and palate mirror one another with deep with the identical “plum, cassis, graphite, mint, dusty rose” that I tasted two years ago. A finish of mocha rolls across the tongue. The wine is pleasant, but I must say, it could have been most any California Cab. While this is a well made wine, I couldn’t say it’s a Napa or Sonoma Cab., much less a Spring Mountain Cab. Only some very slight grains of sediment. No listed percent of alc. With Shack Attack (beef) burgers. Recommended.
