A very intriguing wine that has developed significantly since our last bottle 30 months ago. Quite neutral on the nose and the fruit flavour on the palate was subtle with the merest hint of melon and stone fruit. Yet despite, or because of, this the wine was very enjoyable with acidity keeping it fresh and vibrant. The finish was not ultra long and I would not describe the wine as powerful but it was simply very drinkable

Pale straw color, medium bodied. Grass and citrus aromas, flavors of grapefruit, very light toasted marshmallow notes, and fresh mint. Zippy finish with lemon lingering on your lips. Soft tannins. Margaret River area has a long growing season and the wine has very nice complexity and balance as a result.

Masterclass - MW Tasting Exam Techniques with Tan Ying Hsien MW (Zoom): Pale lemon. Pronounced nose, with ripe sweetish pineapples, and a vanilla bomb, as well as some butter. Some good acids, and intense flavours of peach, pineapples, and vanilla. But felt that the alcohol was burnish, and while it did carry the wine towards the back, was slightly distracting

Lovely, highly aromatic and very complex nose is buttery, flinty, smoky, and minerally with pear and yellow apple aromas. It has very nice aroma replays joined by saline notes on the full-bodied, concentrated palate. Acids are well-balanced on the long, juicy finish. Gorgeous!

Maybe not a great bottle, but I found this a tad underwhelming for the price.
