I absolutely adore this stuff. Always consistently great.
My favourite way to drink it starts off very cold. Comes right out of the bottle crisp, elegant and fresh.
Leave the bottle on the table, and as it warms up, the body becomes fuller and the complexity ramps up. Finishing in a medium+ weight with huge aeromatics combined with just the right amount of light toast/oak.
Fantastic QPR. A high recommend from me.

Clear, medium yellow in the glass. Flavours and aromas of ripe red apples, pears and a hint of floral honey / beeswax. Rich, full mouthfeel- creamsicle is a good description, or a buttery brioche bun. Yum - paired well with roast chicken and veg.

Longest aged Ava I’ve had, as, i love it so much, it doesn't last long. Wonderful to know that this great wine ages beautifully.

All white flowers & very ‘Rhone-ish’…perfect for the 25° degree weather today! ( I have yet to find weather that it does not match...lol)
Expect medium body & a creamy mouthfeel - with plenty of acidity. Long finish… with a note of honey.
Fun blend! 😊
