light oak for textural effect, grapefruit and citrus dominate with a hint of white peach. done it an elegant and classy style, but would be hard to place. I like where Rueda has been evolving, and I need to try more of this style

Somewhat muted nose, with notes of ripe cantaloupe, grapefruit, beeswax, and a touch of flowers. The palate is well rounded, with flavors of peaches, ginger, white chocolate, and butter cream. A very nice wine, and something a little different.

Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon with wide watery rim and legs. Nose: Clean, with medium (-) intensity aromas of green fruit of green apple and greenage, floral notes of blossom, stone fruit of peach, pungent spice of white pepper powder, mineral notes of stony, citrus fruit of lemon and grapefruit. The wine is youthful. Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine has medium alcohol and light body and medium (+) intensity flavors of green fruit of greenage and green apple, floral notes of blossom, stone fruit of peach, citrus fruit of lemon. The wine has a medium finish. Conclusion: Good quality Rueda with a nose that is not very intense but showing surprisingly good range of fruit characters with fair complexity. The wine has good refreshing palate and a nice balance, demonstraring reasonable concentration of flavors and a nice length on the finish. It is ready to drink now and can maintain for another 2-3 years.

Nice again with minerals, apricots, pear and spice. Medium plus finish and good acidity. Solid stuff.
