  • Drank over two days and enjoyed it on both days but what an improvement on the second day! First day very much along the lines young Burgundy with just slightly bitter almond note. The second day, after spending the day in a fridge, the wine opened up, not so much on the nose but on the palate. Fascinating combination of fruit, sweet yet focused, gooseberry and mango, combined with almond and mineral notes. The most impressive is the length, just goes on for minutes. One more bottle in my cellar and I think I will give it 3 to 5 years at least.

  • Bouquet filled with tropical fruit, the palate is waxy and buttery oaky feel, caramel, citrus, tropical fruit, sour grape flauvors and minerality. Nice acidity but not as pronounced as in some other white wines from this region, all and all drinking well now and has some years left.
