  Robe rubis, dense & brillante;
  Le bouquet est vif, sur les petits fruits rouges comme la cerise & la framboise. Les épices sont aussi bien présente avec un petite trame anisé en arrière plan. L'aspect florale prends plus de place avec l'aération. Il y a un petite touche rustique agréable.
  La bouche est énergique, le fruité noir est présent dès l'attaque & l'acidité apporte une tension & une fraîcheur agréable qui supporter la structure importante du corps. Les tannins sont nombreux & fins. La final est sur des beaux amers & les épices. Bref, encore très jeune, il n'y a même pas un début d'évolution perceptible. À suivre.

  Appearance: medium ruby, slight garnet highlights, slight rim variation, heavy tearing, essentially no staining, very minimal sediment.
  
  Nose: clean, pronounced intensity, developing, ripe strawberry, raspberry, black cherry, blackberry, rose, potpourri, hibiscus, black licorice, star anise, clove, worn leather, tobacco, tar, clay pot, dusty earth, vanilla, dried sour cherry.
  
  Palate: dry, high acid, medium+ tannin, medium+ alcohol (14%), medium+ body, long finish, ripe strawberry, raspberry, black cherry, blackberry, rose, potpourri, hibiscus, black licorice, star anise, clove, worn leather, tobacco, tar, clay pot, dusty earth, vanilla, dried sour cherry, spiced plum.
