  • Not a style I'm drawn to, so heavy and with a power that came off as manufactured. I prefer the Garrus as between the two, but generally will reach for a crisp, unoaked rose almost everytime.

  • Pefect to drink now
That’s the way a Rosé should be.

  • The wine looks salmon colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

  • SLDS August 2019: Light colour. Herb, cherry, grapefruit, florals. Fairly clean flavours, medium length, touch of bitterness in the herbs gives it some interest over and above the light fruit.

  • Amazing to say the least, for a Rose...this is a serious wine, complex beyond my still learning Rose palate. Downed (1) glass per day over several days at the beach, served chilled, drank slowly to grasp. No one else who was given sips enjoyed this, and easy to see why, novice wine drinkers will have no idea what is going on. Was hard for me at first as seemed all over the place, but then became easier to differentiate the very linear and focused flavors, quickly realized there are just too many amazing things going on at once. About 60% of the way there personally got to truly understanding and enjoying this, it was mostly a learning test did not expect. Shortly will next consume a 2017 "Ott de Selle" to complete the education requirement to drink these at full enjoyment. A change of scenery may be in order...in a tux at a manor with a live orchestra playing while being served hor d'oeuvres on a warm spring or autumn day. To sum up...exquisite, refined, and hard to describe currently on this 1st try.
