This comes across as rich and almost a bit heavy. It pairs well with my Indian food, but this leaves me wondering if any Cayuga was blended in with this white.

Still very fresh on the 3rd night. Normally not a fan of off-dry but this so well-balanced that I might become a convert. Lots of height on caramel apple nose with a touch of citrus. Generous flavor of honeycrisp apple, passionfruit, peach and grass-fed butter in the mouth with clean mid-length good-acid appleskin finish. Very moreish and given its balance, will be intrigued to see if it ages.

Ripe peach leads the way, with enough acidity to provide balance. Not especially complex, but quite tasty.

Two stops on Michigan's Old Mission Peninsula (Old Mission Peninsula, Michigan): Tasted at the winery. 1.2% RS. Soapy nose with lemon drop and guava qualities. Not great clarity after the outstanding 2L, but still "very good-to-excellent," 90/100.
