Blind Tasting in Cottonwood: Straw in color. Very muted nose upon opening, maybe that is because we just drank a Torrontés. As it started to open up got notes of peach, slight floral notes as well. Showed a slight yeasty aroma as well. Medium plus acidity, but also with Medium body. Slight citrus pith feel to it as well.
Was going back and forth blind on what it was, possibly a nice PG, ended up guessing Bourgogne, but I was thinking regional, not Chablis.

A decent wine but not very typical of Chablis. I missed the normal bone dry flavour. More reminiscent of a Macon white.

This is a lovely chablis for the summer - citrus and grapefruit notes with a chalky finish, great value for the money
