  Very well done Zin. Bramble, plum, berry notes on nose. Palate gets dark chocolate, pepper, dark berries. Oak rounds out the palate with a long smooth finish, tannins are mild but you don't loose finish. Ran through the aerator, and then let sit for 20min.. Tasted very delicous!

  Classic CA Zin with typical bramble nose with underlying berry notes. On the palate, nice balance of fruit, earth and hints of spice. Oak is very well integrated; it adds some roundness, maybe hints of leather. Tannins mostly absent though not flabby at all. I need more! Does seem to be quite high in alcohol.

  Decent but too much oak, esp. when opened. OK with certain foods but the fruit gets lost in the oak.
