There's a hint of lemon bars, candied ginger, and dehydrated pineapple on the nose. The palate is lean with flavors of green apple, lime, and then it seems to transition in the mid-palate to a creamier mouth-feel with notes of green banana and quince. Light-medium bodied, med+ acidity, with a medium length finish that pulls everything together nicely at the tail end. In a word, excellent.

Light melon on the nose. On the palate this is classic Chablis, with green apple and white peach with notes of chalk, and a hint of brine, with good acidity on the medium finish. This may improve, but I don't know whether it's worth waiting for. It doesn't live up to the 2014, which was an exceptional vintage, but it's still an average to good value at a little over $30.

This really blossomed on night two. Taut, razor-sharp acidity with mineral driven lime infused peach.

As before, apple and chalk, but this time with some lemon citrus and spice along with slight brininess. This is a good value at just over $30.
