Almost clear in color. A bit tight with subtle citrus and floral notes on nose and palate, with more mineral flavors coming in when tasted. Moderate acidity with no perceptible residual sugar. Polished.

Italian Wine Scholar class at the Texas Wine School. 85% Glera. Bright straw with a green hue. The perlage is vigorous. Yellow apple, pear, white flowers. The palate is dry, with fresh fruit, consistent with the nose. There’s a touch of RS which helps balance the medium (+) to high acidity and the slight phenolic bitterness on the finish. The alcohol is medium (-) at 11.5%. Compared to the Jeio, the Crede has slightly more flavor intensity and depth. This is a very pleasant yet serious Prosecco, The sub- $20 price point is a very good value for a DOCG bottling of this quality. Drink now, not intended for aging.
