Strawberries and cream on nose and palate, giving way to citrus (lemon peel, grapefruit). Good body, round mouthfeel. Great quality to price point. Really enjoyable.

Deep, luminous raspberry red color. Sweet and juicy nose with rich, fruit-driven aromas of strawberry juice, brambly raspberry, some cherry and a hint of fruit candy. The wine is rich, ripe and quite soft on the palate with dry yet juicy flavors of strawberries, tart green apples, some stony minerality, a little bit of ripe red cherry and a sappy hint of raspberry leaf. The wine is medium-to-moderately high in acidity with rich and fizzy medium-long mousse. The finish is dry, quite long and pretty acid-driven with juicy flavors of red apples, ripe citrus fruits, some wild strawberries, a little bit of stony minerality and a hint of lingonberry jam.
A surprisingly nice effort for an inexpensive (~29€) rosé Champ: the wine is certainly a soft and fruity crowdpleaser, but it still retains good freshness, minerality and sense of balance. Overall nothing too thrilling, but I was positively surprised that this wasn't a soft and simple fruit bomb, nor was it a deeply-colored yet thin and flavorless underachiever. A fruity and somewhat simple yet nicely solid and drinkable rosé Champagne from the less ambitious end of the spectrum.
