Clear light garnet, with a nose of red fruits and other hints of the lighter, "feminine" aspects of Burgundy. Initial taste impressions in line with nose, prevalently featuring acidic fruits and oak/tannins. Nose evolved to include pepper and darker fruits. After an hour, the wine evolved to be more on the "masculine" end of Burgundy, with black fruits, hints of tar, and toasted spice. Overall somewhat austere, but a good match for magret de canard and accompaniments. Decent QPR.
In future, this should be tasted against quality competition from Oregon. Plausible baseline to represent Burgundy vs OR.

Pleasant red fruit, soft tannin, a touch more oak than I would prefer hopefully will integrate in a year or two. Solid choice for a house/party red Burgundy.

Pnp. Lys, transparent kirsebærrød med lillaskjær. Noe lukket. Flott og nervøs, lys rød kirsebærfrukt. Pepper. Kjølig frukt med lett krydder og noe vegetale toner. Elegant pinotfrukt i munn. Juicy kirsebær med nydelig løft. Høy friskhet som er med gjennom hele kurven. Harmonisk og elegant i munn. Stilmessig lett, medium lang syrlig finish. Høy kvalitet for nivået, godt kjøp.

Ljus granatfärg, ljusare än både fleurie och moulin a vent. Doft m+, ngt knuten, komplex röd frukt vilda hallon, mullbär, sötlakrits, kryddig. Smak m fyllig, fruktig, tät och komplex, liten vaniljton, bra syra och mjuka tanniner, lång eftersmak
