  • very interesting Silvaner! Horst Sauer shows what you can do with a Franconian Silvaner. Fermented in barrels but very fresh. Almost Burgundian due to the enamel. I definitely recommend drinking the wine from a large Burgundy glass. Only then do can smell and taste the full complexity. Wonderful, gentle Silvaner nose; intense golden color; ripe exotic fruits, nicely balanced; very smooth and creamy mouthfeel; very long finish. Perfect to drink now!
