Well made, great structure, a bit young still, fruit a bit muted for first hour, then opened well with air. Mint, green pepper, black currant, blackberry, cedar box. Very nice Cab, though not distinctive of Coonwarra.

GT Wine Limestone Coast Reds (8 Danks street, Sydney): Blackcurrant, sweet spice, herbaceous notes, a little clay. Acidity is a little sour and juicy, plenty of fruit, gritty tannins. Long, pleasant and equally pleasant on a second visit.
