{Screwcap} A pale straw color that's clear, moderately bright. Aromas tend to center on hay, some lemon, a bit of minerality. I kept hoping this might develop a little more personality on the nose, but it didn't happen. Kind of the same for the palate, I kept wishing it would declare some sort of personality, and it didn't. It's a simple wine that's on the drier side of 'off-dry', with a med(-) body, a rather short finish, and on the whole, it's a rather dilute creation. I found the acids to be lethargic at best. I'll stick to their 'dry' Riesling in the future. 12,0% abv. NR.

By its second day did find a pleasant lemony register, but before that flat, with "beefy," off-balance petrol, alcohol too forward, little acid, and a lack of sweetness. Hope to enjoy my next bottle from this producer more.
[Rieslings with Asian: Really? #7. A gaprao that may have been as unrepresentative of gaprao as this bottle was of Finger Lakes riesling. I'll call the game off on account of rain, but it wasn't a pairing that was working.]

This was a very delightful wine. Wonderful notes of citrus fruits and apple blossoms on the nose, and palate with just the right amount of honey for a touch of sweet. This is a great example of really good semi-dry Riesling made in the Finger Lakes of NY State.

Floral notes and solid acidity. A bit too sweet for my taste - will go full dry next time

Very nice off-dry riesling for $13. Crisp with excellent acidity. Would definitely buy again
