  Beau fruit rouge et noir, pas le plus complexe mais une belle structure et intensité.
  
  Nice red and dark fruit, not the most complex but nice structure and intensity of flavours. Built for the long haul.

  Opened and paired with lemon-turmeric grilled chicken, asparagus, and potatoes (all off the grill). Cloudy, milky crimson color. The nose brings fresh purple lavender, potpourri, spring violets, cherry blossoms, grape hard candy, and whiffs of strawberry pie. The palate is medium, square, dense, and textured, bringing dark, brambly blackberry and huckleberry notes mixed with black tea, baked rhubarb, orange peel, and lingering red cherry and pomegranate notes into a tannic finish. This has plenty of stuffing and will be best 2025-2035. Technical score: 93. Enjoyment score: 93.
