  Reminds me of a Louis Latour - plenty of character, zero signs of battonage, with nutty aromas straight away along with a round mouthfeel.
  
  (After 2-hr decant)… Heady aromas of madeleine cake, white asparagus, almond, & light baking apple.
  
  Crisp palate with minerality & spice balancing a butterscotch texture…with notes of lemon curd & ripe red apple. Delightful saltiness on the finish.
  
  It's not for everyone – very different…but on my radar now.

  Big lanolin and tropical fruits on the nose. Cloudy appearance, not surprising as the wine is unfined and unfiltered. Delicious on the palate, with lovely structure, fresh acidity and a very long finish. Lovely!
