Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. A blend of 50% Malvasia and 50% Trebbiano Toscano. Clear, pale straw with some green hues. The nose is clean, with yellow apple, ripe lemon, white flower and a hint of petrol which has developed in the last year. No oak. Dry, with some sweet fruit in the fore palate complicated by a slightly bitter finish. Med acidity and med alcohol (13%). A nicely balanced wine at a very good price point, it is showing remarkably well at 3 years. Drink now, not intended for aging.

Tropical, off dry and a bit out of balance for my taste. Nonetheless, it improves a bit with air. May appeal to some.
