  light apple skin, slightly dirty chalk, med. body, crisp, heady chablis saline note, guessed 1er cru Chablis 2014, but it was GC and a bit younger. Nice wine. Tied for 6th/13. DD, Capital Seafood BH

  By the glass. Intense aromas of Mallorcan oranges, oriental spices, sugar cane or even freshly baked pastries. On the palate is that odalisque of Ingrès served within a cup: dense, opulent, fat but full of grace and harmony. A serious but kind and balanced wine. My sort of Chablis.
  
  Por copas. Intensos aromas a la piel de las naranjas mallorquinas, a especias orientales, caña de azúcar o incluso a bollería recién horneada. En boca es la odalisca de Ingrès servida dentro de una copa: densa, opulenta, grasa pero llena de gracia y armonía. Un vino serio pero amable y armonioso. La clase de Chablis que me va.
