  • Phenomenal. Smoke, burnt fruit, graphite, super saline, minerals/stone, hints of enticing butterscotch, crystalline. Enjoyed over three nights with no degradation.

  • Another near perfect Chablis experience. No regrets but my last 02 BS Clos. Again super fresh and drinking remarkably well. Served with a terrific piece of fresh halibut.

  • I copied and pasted my TN from last April. Really nothing to add except to afirm this is one the greatest Chablis-white Burgs I've ever had. Amazing and happy to have one more left for next year or for a few yrs beyond. Btl was in perfect condition again. Very happy this producer gets overlooked in the hype surrounding Dauvissat, Raveneau and Fevre! ....."4/6/2012 rated 97 points: Bottle # 2 of 4. This wine has not dispointed yet. About as good as Chablis gets. I'd like to taste this against a Raveneau Clos. Bet this would easily hold its own. Light gold color. Fresh floral & seaside nose. I like the added richness of the vintage making this somewhat akin to a great Cote Beaune Burg but with less oak influence and keeping that distinctly Chablis focus. Shows a complex array of citrus, stone fruit and minerality. Elegant with a lovely texture. Very happy to have 2 more of these resting at 50 degrees. Now, how long should I roll the dice? Paid $68 on release."

  • Pale yellow. Extremely fresh on the nose, with citrus, minerals, flowers, mostly green fruit and subtle hints of butter and nuts. Balanced and concentrated. Lovely.
