Excellent Group setting, but not rushed. This opened with some reduction, which mostly resolving in the glass over 15 minutes or so. The other most recent two TNs capture it well. Classic. Lovely.
Glad I was able to pick up a few of these on sale last year, mid-$20s where it represents especially sharp value. This probably goes the distance to the current CT drinking window ending in 2031, but I'm bumping forward a couple years, since this is already drinking so well now.

A monster tasting at Laszlo's: Lemon, saline and white florals on the nose. Palate has good flow with a little flint to it. Solid, well made, not super exciting but ticks a good number of boxes.

Bottle opened previous night. This one is a lot more harmonious on night 2, with the flint, crushed oyster shell and saline notes balanced with white fruits and lemon and lime acidity, a touch above medium-body, slightly viscous/oily in texture and with reasonable length.

Drinking well right now. Chalky salinity, bright acid, a touch of wood and good stone fruit flavors.

Classic Chablis. Mouth-drying chalky acidity with brightly polished fruit; lemon-lime, wisps of pear. Nicely balanced finish.
