Good showing, but a bit disappointing given price/pedigree. When tasted > 1 year, very primary and fruit driven. Still showing good purity of dark berry fruit, subtle floral, white pepper and chaparral aromas on the nose. Mid weight, a more elegant style in the Margerum lineup. The finish doesn't really come together--it's not bad, just not integrated. Structure is accessible, balanced.
Hold next bottles for a few years.
